Tekvaly is urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager on a full-time contract basis (6-9 months) to support its client in Canada with large ERP and HRIS implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead ERP implementation projects with a focus on financials, supply chain management, and warehouse management systems.
• Manage all aspects of project management from discovery through delivery, implementation, and stabilization.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve alignment on effort, cost, scope, and project objectives.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery, maintaining adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and continuously refine project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Utilize project management tools to streamline project tracking and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Organize and facilitate feedback sessions, planning meetings, and workshops, addressing issues and capturing new requirements.
• Define project tasks thoroughly, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure task completion aligns with project objectives.
• Guide individual team members to contribute effectively, provide support to overcome roadblocks, and escalate issues to managers when necessary.
• Resolve customer concerns in sensitive situations, clarify ambiguities, and present structured and logical information.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation and records.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in Project Management.
• Experience with ERP implementation projects and familiarity with enterprise systems, HRIS, supply chain, and warehouse management solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools and technologies such as MS Project, Jira and Visio.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and other development methodologies.
• Professional certifications in Project Management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications, are highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent combination of professional experience and education in related fields.
