As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and vision for our healthcare-focused products, collaborating with software development teams and key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process for healthcare solutions, including conception, requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution.
• Plan, direct, and oversee operations related to healthcare focused products, communicating effectively with all parties involved in the product lifecycle.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, integrating healthcare industry insights, market trends, and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria tailored to healthcare applications, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
• Analyze healthcare-specific product performance data and user metrics on deeper level to understand user needs and suggest product enhancements to improve user experience. 
• Oversee product timelines and scope to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet quality standards, customer expectations, and compliance requirements.
• Lead product-related meetings and presentations to communicate updates and strategies effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful healthcare technology solutions.
• Strong product management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously for diverse healthcare customers.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) and standards such as HL7 and FHIR 
• Understanding of Healthcare systems like Electronic Health Records (EHR), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Health Information Systems (HIS) and others.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Aha!, and healthcare specific management platforms like Cerner, Meditech, or others.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and demonstrated success in leading Agile teams.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent combination of professional experience and education in related fields.
