Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential talent and clients and proactively reach out to them through diverse channels, including phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and promote our recruitment services.
  • Apply sales acumen to implement strategies that meet or exceed targets for recruitment services, driving successful talent acquisitions.
  • Maintain and organize detailed client and talent databases to ensure timely follow-ups, seamless communication, and an efficient recruitment process.
  • Schedule interviews, track applications, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to understand client needs better and provide relevant recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, call centers, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and successfully negotiate.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and job boards is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client and professional relationships.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or another relevant field.
