Tekvaly is hiring a Program Manager in the USA, to lead the client’s enterprise AI enablement and adoption initiative. This is a full-time remote role.

As a Program Manager for AI Transformation & Adoption, you will be responsible for driving AI adoption, improving productivity, and promoting the responsible use of AI tools across the organization. This role operates in an evolving environment where governance, tooling, and processes are still being established, with the opportunity to grow into leading a small team of AI practitioners as the function matures.
Responsbilities:
- Lead the end-to-end AI enablement and adoption program across the organization.
- Identify which AI use cases will deliver the highest business value and sequence them strategically.
- Design and deliver adoption programs — including live training sessions, onboarding workflows, and internal community engagement.
- Act as a prompt engineering coach: work alongside employees to help them ask better questions, get better outputs, and build reusable prompt libraries.
- Build and maintain a centralized resource hub of AI use cases, prompt libraries, and practical “how-to” resources while highlighting success stories from power users.
- Plan and run company-wide AI activation events across multiple time zones.
- Help teams identify the simplest path to value by recommending native and practical solutions, prioritizing existing platform capabilities over unnecessary custom development.
- Know when to push back: advise on what AI tools genuinely can't do well and when to re-scope.
- Define and track the metrics that matter — activation rates, active users, productivity impact, and report them clearly to leadership.
- Gather feedback from users and identify blockers to turn it into actionable program improvements.
- Work cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Compliance to keep AI usage responsible and within approved guardrails.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with AI/ML technologies, enterprise AI platforms, and digital transformation programs.
- A background in at least one of: enablement, change management, solutions consulting, or internal advocacy/evangelism roles.
- Solid understanding of modern AI productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) including the ability to define and track adoption and impact metrics.
- The ability to make technical concepts land with non-technical people without the heavy use of jargon.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all seniority levels
- Ability to drive enthusiasm for AI through practical use cases and storytelling, coaches users across different skill levels, takes a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, moves quickly to share learnings, and communicates openly to build trust and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
