Tekvaly is looking for a skilled Process Engineer on a contract basis for it's client, with expertise in process design, development, and implementation to drive efficiency and quality improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across the production line.
• Lead process validation activities, including the creation, execution, and documentation of validation protocols, ensuring full adherence to regulatory standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies, and equipment.
• Monitor and analyze process data, identify trends, and propose solutions for process improvements to achieve operational excellence.
• Perform statistical analysis, and use data-driven decision-making to meet production targets and improve process performance.
• Lead and support process improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation to reflect new processes and improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficient in process analysis, process modeling, statistical analysis, and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Aspen).
• Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent combination of professional experience and education in related fields.
