The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, data modeling, and report development using Power BI. You will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Migrate reports from QlikView to Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Reverse engineer existing reports to create comprehensive data models in Power BI.
• Develop, design, and deploy high-quality reports in Power BI based on business needs.
• Write complex SQL queries to manipulate data and create efficient data models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize existing Power BI reports for improved performance and usability.
• Develop interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including databases, APIs, and other data repositories.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and IT professionals
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with Power BI and QlikView, including report migration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and query writing for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying interactive and dynamic Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience in designing the architecture of reports and data modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred.
