Marketing & Growth Lead (Part-Time)
DevOps & Cloud Solutions | North America Market
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing &
Growth professional to help scale a fast-growing DevOps and Cloud
services startup in the North American market.
This is a part-time role (4 hours per day) focused on
lead generation, demand creation, and pipeline growth. Success in this
role is measured through clear KPIs, not activity alone.
You will work closely with technical leadership to position
our services effectively and generate qualified inbound and outbound leads.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Lead Generation
- Design
and execute lead generation strategies targeting startups,
scale-ups, and mid-market companies in North America
- Build
and manage outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, partnerships,
communities)
- Drive
inbound demand through content, positioning, and campaign execution
- Identify
and test new growth channels with a data-driven mindset
Marketing & Positioning
- Position
DevOps, Cloud, FinOps, and Cloud Migration services clearly for
non-technical buyers
- Collaborate
with technical teams to convert capabilities into compelling value
propositions
- Support
website, pitch deck, and sales collateral messaging
- Strengthen
brand credibility in the DevOps & Cloud ecosystem
Analytics & Optimization
- Track
campaign performance and optimize based on conversion data
- Maintain
visibility into lead funnel metrics and pipeline contribution
- Report
weekly on KPIs, learnings, and next actions
KPIs & Success Metrics
Performance will be measured against clearly defined KPIs,
including:
- Qualified
leads generated per month
- Conversion
rate from lead → discovery call
- Cost
per lead (where applicable)
- Pipeline
value influenced
- Campaign
performance and channel ROI
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven
experience in B2B marketing, growth, or lead generation for tech or
SaaS services
- Strong
understanding of DevOps, Cloud, or infrastructure services (or
ability to learn fast)
- Experience
marketing to North American customers
- Hands-on
with outbound and inbound growth channels
- Data-driven,
outcome-focused mindset
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience
in DevOps, Cloud, SRE, or Platform Engineering services
- Familiarity
with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools
- Experience
working with early-stage or growing tech startups
- Content
marketing or thought leadership experience
