We are seeking an experienced Intermediate ML Developer Contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Machine Learning and be well-versed in the Microsoft AI stack. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Machine Learning, with specific expertise in Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI services, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks. The successful candidate will be self-directed, professional, and possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English. Experience working with companies in North America, Australia, or Western Europe is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models using the Microsoft AI stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing systems.
• Optimize and maintain ML models to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Document and communicate technical solutions effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft AI stack, including:
• Azure Machine Learning
• Microsoft Fabric
• Azure AI services
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure Databricks
• Azure DevOps
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-directed and professional work ethic.
• Experience working with companies in North America, Australia, or Western Europe.
