What is the opportunity?
The Freelance Recruiter role is a remote and 100% commission based position.
What will you do?
The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates for open positions through our ATS. You will be expected to maintain communication with their candidates throughout the hiring process; from posting job listings, screening, interview, offer, background checks to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen qualified candidates by leveraging job boards, referrals, search engines, and other creative headhunting techniques
- Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate, and close offers
- Conduct screening calls with candidates, schedule interviews and conduct reference checks.
What do you need to succeed?
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting/ headhunting for accounting or related industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
