Phenologix is urgently hiring a Business Development Representative (Remote) to join our BD team!

This is a KPI-driven role and as a BD Representative, you'll be working on high-impact sales, cold outreach that converts, and building revenue-generating client relationships from the ground up. If you thrive on the hunt and can turn every "no" into a new opportunity, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and build ICP prospect lists for lead generation using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and remote job boards (Wellfound, Indeed, Glassdoor, Dice, ZipRecruiter).
• Execute high-volume outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and remote job board applications using Instantly.ai, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities by targeting companies actively hiring contract, permanent, or project-based IT talent through remote job platforms.
• Book a minimum of 1 qualified meeting per week through consistent and targeted outreach activity.
• Manage and track all leads, responses, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM and Google Sheets.
• Conduct data scraping and enrichment to maintain updated prospect information.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports (meetings booked, conversions, pipeline status).
• Collaborate with management to refine outreach scripts, improve response rates, and develop campaign strategies.
• Support marketing activities including Clutch profile updates, portfolio listings, and case study coordination.
• Assist in optimizing the company's sales and marketing automation processes to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Engage in all BD-related activities, from initial prospecting to lead qualification and handoff, with a resilient, results-driven approach.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of proven experience in Lead generation, Business Development or Sales.
• Experience with high-volume cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and leveraging remote job boards (Wellfound, Indeed, Glassdoor)
• Strong knowledge of lead generation tools: Apollo, Instantly.ai, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience working with international markets (US, Canada, Europe).
• Familiarity with data scraping tools and staff augmentation platforms.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline full-cycle business development from prospecting and personalized outreach to accelerating sales workflows, will be considered an asset.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a combination of relevant industry experience and education.
