Tekvaly is urgently looking for a driven and motivated Business Development Representative to join our BD team. This role is to help Tekvaly grow staffing business, we need a hunter who will be helping us unlock and connect with new staffing opportunities.

As a BD Representative, you'll be working on high-impact staffing sales, cold outreach that converts, and building revenue-generating partnerships from the ground up. If you thrive on the hunt and can turn every "no" into a new opportunity, this role is for you!

Responsbilities:

• Identify and build ICP prospect lists for staffing sales using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and staff augmentation portals.
• Execute LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling campaigns using  Instantly.ai, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Proactively hunt for new staffing opportunities: targeting companies that need contract, permanent, or project-based IT talent.
• Manage and track all leads, responses, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM and Google Sheets.
• Conduct data scraping and enrichment to maintain updated prospect information.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports (meetings booked, conversions, pipeline status).
• Collaborate with management to refine outreach scripts, improve response rates, and develop campaign strategies.
• Support marketing activities including Clutch profile updates, portfolio listings, and case study coordination.
• Assist in optimizing the company’s sales and marketing automation processes to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Engage in all BD related activities, from initial prospecting to lead qualification and handoff, with a resilient, results-driven approach.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (software, IT services, or staffing/recruitment will be a plus).
• Strong knowledge of lead generation tools: Apollo, Instantly.ai, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Experience working with international markets (US, Canada, Europe).
• Familiarity with data scraping tools and staff augmentation platforms.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline full-cycle business development from prospecting, personalized outreach to accelerating sales workflows, will be considered an asset.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a combination of industry specific relevant experience and education.
