As a Business Analyst, you will be a facilitator between Business Operations and Technology teams in understanding the business's needs and play a key role in the overall organization and success of the project through the entire project life-cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business information addressing Business needs.
• Provide an objective, data-backed look at the actual state of the Business, refining processes, requirements, and areas for improvement.
• Generate test plans, including test scenarios, and lead business users through testing activities; report on outcomes and recommend solutions to address identified issues.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, and provide strategic recommendations derived from these findings.
• Facilitate dialogue and discussion between the business and IT, assisting with prioritization and leading meetings and workshops.
• Provide cost-benefit analysis to business cases.
• Create stability during change to maintain operational integrity, implementing transitional support procedures.
• Monitor project documentation and implementation procedures to meet corporate and industry standards.
• Incorporate Business objectives into task allocation processes, ensuring projects are completed on time.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Business analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in documentation, including process mapping and requirement documentation.
• Experience developing performance measures and traceability matrices.
• Working knowledge of business system technologies for technical expertise and advice.
• Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies and Agile project methodology.
• Proficiency in creating and managing user stories using Jira.
• Familiarity with design methodologies in Internet-based and/or distributed environments.
• Ability to apply re-engineering concepts for business improvements.
• Knowledge of emerging IT trends and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred.
