Tekvaly is recruiting for an Account Manager - Staffing Division in the staffing services industry in a hybrid work environment.

This role is best suited for individuals with a drive for success and a passion for people. You will build partnerships with top employers and represent top IT talent. You are excited to uncover the outcomes your clients are seeking and you take pride in establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. People tend to describe you as self-motivated and competitive but also caring and resilient.

How you will make an impact:

  • Business Development: identifying and generating new business development opportunities through market research, cold calling, warm calls, strategic emails, networking, social media outreach, growing existing accounts and brand awareness
  • Client Relations: building successful business partnerships with existing and new clients. Acting as the main point of contact through first inquiry to invoice, proactively resolving any issues, consulting.
  • Gain market share at our client(s) by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
  • Meet with client Hiring Managers daily to develop lasting relationships
  • Building a sales pipeline for the account(s) and secure new business opportunities.
  • Management of SLAs set by the client, and track and measure progress.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions
  • Work closely with the technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Previous experience in a business development, sales driven role with an understanding of the GTA market
  • Previous staffing industry experience with a focus in IT skill sets
  • A natural sense of curiosity that supports ability to learn about new technology, roles and client markets/ industry specialization
  • Strength in negotiating and financial acumen
